Do I need to set up an account?

Yes, however, it is a very simple process. Start by completing our online credit application. If you are new to Capital Audio and renting from us for the first time, we require that you physically come into our office during regular business hours, 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with the credit card you wish to use so we can verify your identity in person.

What are your rental policies?

Upon return, all of our equipment is immediately checked in and counted and subjected to a full inspection and test. Deposits are always required. Lessee is liable for loss, theft, and damage. Delivery, service, and set up charges may be extra. For our full policy, click here.

What type of equipment do you rent?

We are always working to expand our inventory—adding new product categories, as well as musical instruments, so it’s always a good idea to check back with us often and if you don’t see what you need, simply call or email and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can get in for you.

What if something goes wrong?

We check all our equipment before delivering, however things do happen. If anything should go wrong, please call and let us know right away. If it’s something that cannot easily be resolved, we will replace the item immediately, at no extra charge. We are proud to offer incredible 24/7 support and are always just a phone call away. Yes, you do. …And if you don’t already have an equipment policy in place, we highly recommend you contact Insure My Equipment to receive a quote. They have worked with us and others like you in our industry for many years and can help provide you with a policy instantly. You are always welcome to call us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

When will I be charged?

Your credit card will be charged for the full price of the rental prior to delivery or when you arrive to pick up the equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is fair and simple. There is no charge for cancellation, as long as you notify us prior to delivery or pick up.
